We exclusively use DHL for all deliveries to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and promptly. We will notify you as soon as we dispatched your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Returns
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:
1 - Return Process
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
2 - Postage for Returns
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of quality issues.
For quality issues, please contact our support team before sending the item back. We will assist you with the return process and cover the return postage.
Reimbursement
As a startup brand, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide vouchers of the same value, which you can use to shop with us again. Shopping from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a voucher or payment to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the voucher to be processed and sent to you (we’re faster most of the time).
