We wear our jewelry for several months to ensure excellent quality, anyways it is important to know how to maintain the longevity of gold plating.
All of our items are high-quality gold-plated and last a very long time, and we also refine them with a specially developed nano-coating spray for even more durability. Since metals have the natural property of oxidizing over time, careful storage and regular care are required.
Take your jewelry off when showering or swimming, as water can damage the coating over time. Take your jewelry off when you sleep or exercise.
Be careful with harsh products such as perfumes and creams.
If your jewelry gets wet, just rub it dry carefully afterwards.
Always store your jewelry in our pretty bag/box. With every delivery you will receive a polishing cloth from us for regular care of your jewelry. -

Shipping
We exclusively use DHL for all deliveries to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and promptly. We will notify you once your product is shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Returns
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:
1 - Return Process
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
2 - Postage for Returns
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of quality issues.
For quality issues, please contact our support team before sending the item back. We will assist you with the return process and cover the return postage.
No refunds, just vouchers (for now - sorry..)
As a startup brand, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide vouchers of the same value, which you can use to shop with us again.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a voucher. Please allow 3-5 business days for the voucher to be processed and sent to you (we’re faster most of the time).
