Shipping
We exclusively use DHL for all deliveries to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and promptly. We will notify you once your product is shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders.
Returns
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:
1 - Return Process
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
2 - Postage for Returns
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of quality issues.
For quality issues, please contact our support team before sending the item back. We will assist you with the return process and cover the return postage.
No refunds, just vouchers (for now - sorry..)
As a startup brand, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide vouchers of the same value, which you can use to shop with us again.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will issue a voucher. Please allow 3-5 business days for the voucher to be processed and sent to you (we’re faster most of the time).

Rücksendungen

Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Absender, es sei denn es ist anderes mit uns vereinbart.
Bei Qualitätsproblemen kontaktiere bitte unser Support Team, bevor du den Artikel zurücksendest. Wir unterstützen dich beim Rücksendeprozess und übernehmen die Rücksendekosten.
Keine Rückerstattungen, nur Gutscheine (bis jetzt)
Als Startup-Brand sind wir aktuell noch nicht in der Lage Rückerstattungen anzubieten. Stattdessen stellen wir dir einen Gutschein im gleichen Wert aus, den du erneut bei uns einlösen kannst.
Sobald wir deine Rücksendung erhalten und den Artikel geprüft haben, stellen wir dir einen Gutschein aus. Bitte gib uns 3-5 Werktage für die Bearbeitung und den Versand des Gutscheins (meistens sind wir schneller).
